Balaclava Knitting Class

A Balaclava is an ingenious knit accessory that combines a hat and a turtleneck into one cozy garment. So practical for a chilly winter season! Delving into all the steps involved in making a Balaclava will teach you many knit skills. Students in this class will get an introduction to the purl stitch, and how to use it along with knit stitches to create a simple texture. They will learn how to knit in rounds on circular needles, some common shaping techniques, and some fancy finishing skills.
