Crochet Flowers

Celebrate the warmer weather by crocheting some pretty flowers. Flowers can be strung together to make decorative garlands or can be worn as necklaces. Separate flowers make wonderful accents on crochet or knit projects or can be worn as jewelry. These little gems are a great way to use up scraps. The Knit Café has created a display of flower garlands made with left over sock yarn, they look delicate and charming in our window. Come and check them out if you are in the neighbourhood. Crocheters will learn lots while making these cuties. Expect to explore 3D shaping techniques and crochet pattern reading. This is a perfect summer projects!
