Double Knit Workshop
You are not seeing double, this knitting project is reversible! Double knitting is the technique for creating a double layer, stockinette fabric. This thick fabric is not just extra cushy and warm it also contains a multitude of potential for interesting colour patterning. Double knitting allows a two sided, colour-work design to be knit with one side mirroring the other. You can have a lot of fun with this; making all sorts of reversible garments and accessories - scarves, cowls, blankets, or hats for example. Learn the basics and practice double knitting skills on a hat project in this one evening class.
