Peer Gynt

It was the stellar reviews by knitters and crocheters that convinced us to add the Peer Gynt yarn to The Knit Cafe yarn-menu. Knitters brag that their sweaters made with Peer Gynt yarn have lasted the test of time. This is a heirloom worthy yarn; projects can be handed down to the next generation. I guess this is what one can expect from a yarn that has been on the market since 1938. 

Made from Norwegian wool, garments made from Peer Gynt yarn should be light and warm and keep their shapes. They will have longevity and be pill-resistant. Expect a wooly feel and really lovely, round, and even stitches. Washing and wearing will make the wool grow softer.

Care: handwashing's (or machine was on a wool program) in cold. Lay flat to dry.
