Shipping and Return Policy

 

Shipping

Packages are shipped within Canada with Canada Post Service which takes 2-8 business days. Packages are shipped within the continental United States and Internationally with Expedited Service which takes 4-8 business days.  Both these services includes tracking and insurance for $100. Rates are for packages that weigh less then 2kg.  Please contact us if you would like to order goods that weigh more then 2kg at theknitcafe@hotmail.com.

Pick Up In Store                            Free

 When you Select Pick Up In Store during checkout wait for your order is ready email. Orders are usually processed same day or next day with the exception of Monday when pick ups are not available.

Our pick up hours are:
Tues-Fri 11am-6pm
Sat 11am- 5pm
Sun 12-5pm
Mondays we are closed

Terms for Classes

There are no refunds given for missed classes. All classes and workshops require payment in full upon registration.Students must call 416 533 5648 three days in advance if they are unable to attend class and then may rebook for another time or receive a store credit. No exchanges can be issued for missed classes without three days notice. No refunds are issued for missed classes.

Returns for Supplies

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not exchange your purchase.  .
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and yarn must not be wound from a skein to a ball if it came in skein form. No portion of the yarn may be used or tampered with. To process your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To exchange your product, you should notify us by email at theknitcafe@hotmail.com.

We will require you to mail your product to: 1350 Dundas St. West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M6J 1Y2
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. When returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange along with tracking information for return shipping of replacement products if applicable.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
