Crochet Blanket Class

This delightfully colourful crocheted blanket is a a terrific way for new or experienced crocheters to advance their skills. This project is one step beyond traditional Granny Squares with its hexagon shaped pieces. When you join this 2-part workshop you will learn how to read a crochet pattern and create decorative crochet motifs. The best thing about this crochet blanket is that each hexagon motif is joined to the next with crochet only, no seaming required!
This is a great way to work through bits and pieces of yarn that you may have lying about, or have the fun of picking and combining fresh, new colour combinations just the way you like them!  

2 sessions (5 hours), materials not included

Materials: 4-4.5mm crochet hook and several colours of worsted weight yarn, available at the Knit Cafe

Level: Beginner.
Students should understand basic techniques like foundation chains, and single and/or double crochet stitches before taking this class.  If you are not familiar with these techniques check out Absolute Beginner Crochet Classes

Cancelation Policy: No refunds are provided for students who cancel their class registrations. A store credit or exchange of the date of the class can be given if you provide 3 days notice prior to the first session of your class. Notifications made within 3 days of the start date are not eligible for a store credit or exchange. Exceptions may be made for students who miss classes due to COVID-symptoms - please get in touch.
