Merino
These sweet little donuts of 100% merino wool are so dear. They come to us from Knitting For Olive, which is a family run yarn company based in Copenhagen. They began their enterprise by creating knitting patterns for babies, then toddlers and big kids too (adults). From there, they expanded by developing a series of carefully considered, and beautifully constructed yarns. Knitting For Olive only produces natural fibre yarns that respect both the animals and the environment from whence they hailed. Their merino wool comes from a mulesing-free, organic farm in Patagonia and is then spun in Italy.
These fingering weight beauties are soft to the touch, with a matt. smooth appearance. They come in a lovely range of subtle, practical, and hygge-inspired colours. The Merino pairs seamlessly with Knitting For Olive's Soft Silk Mohair, or it can be knit or crocheted all on it's own into lightweight garments and goodies.
