Ricorumi DK

Imagine a colourful selection of Easter eggs and you'll get the idea of what it is like to encounter these tiny egg-shaped balls of yarn. So cute!! These small balls of cotton were designed to go with Amigurumi projects. Amigurumi is the art of making tiny stuffed toys usually in crochet (but knitters can Amigurumi too). The small ball size is perfect for these diminutive toys, but we can think of lots of uses for Ricorumi. Wash cloths, granny squares, satchels, totes and purses, warp yarns for weavers, and for use in other yarn-crafts. This cotton has a bit of a twine quality, with little to no elasticity and makes a nice sturdy fabric.

We really enjoyed using Ricorumi for the Amigurumi projects in the Ricorumi Pattern Books.
